Our self-sufficient eco-lodge is positioned to take advantage of the views offered by both Mount Ruapehu and Mount Taranaki. After a day spent skiing, hunting, mountain biking, or simply relaxing, gorgeous sunsets can be enjoyed on the decks while celebrating the enjoyment of the day and firing up the BBQ.
The lodge is fully self-contained and comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, with two bathrooms. Other facilities include a large drying room, fireplace, games room with pool table and dart board and entertainment system. There is also a large outdoor pizza oven, BBQ and trampoline.
Priced from $200 per night for two people.
Linen can be provided on request for an additional fee.
A hunting hut without all the mod-cons is also available.
"What an amazing place! The photos really don't do it justice. If you want to be off the grid for a couple of days surrounded by forests and the sounds of nature then this is the place for you. Also such an easy drive to Whakapapa/National Park. Would highly recommend."
